Disappointing Early Check-In

I booked this hotel through OYO and was told early check-in was available for a fee. However, when we arrived at around 5 AM, the reception staff refused to allow early check-in and did not provide a room. This behavior feels dishonest and misleading.

I recently stayed at the hotel, which has now been renamed Centrum. The room appeared nice at check-in, but we found cockroaches on the bed when we removed the sheet. The bathroom was uncomfortable because the toilet lid touches your back when you sit, making it hard to use. The location is good, but I noticed most guests were couples; I saw two couples checking in. It might be fine for them, but honestly, it's not a great choice for someone planning to stay in Delhi.

This hotel is worst than anything. The hotelier asked for extra money even when it was paid 100% from Agoda. Also asking for same amount again which i have paid already, ans behaviour is so rude. Another scam is Agoda itself, as their customer service is terrible, they do not respond on call or messages, not even any possible ways. I will never use Agoda + this hotel again in future. Please be aware and be cautious from these scams.
