Emblem New Friends Colony

This hotel too many problem it just show 3 star hotel but is not match it.Problems are1. Cockroach is everywhere even some time in bed.2. There not have any proper charging bord after complaint then given extension bord.3. No balti and mug in bathroom they just doing one room to onother room.4. There bathroom is nul is broken they also not repair it.5. This is just old house they renovate it but not properly.6.this hotel and food is expensive not even match this price point.

Unfortunately stayed here for 3 days (19th’22nd July) due to a pre-booking, and it wasn't a great experience.The hotel seems to be very understaffed and the service is extremely slow. The food was decent, but we had to wait around 1.5 hours, and after multiple follow ups, the staff asked us to cancel the order if it was getting too late.The Wi-Fi was very slow, the floor laminate in the room was broken, and there wasn't even a plug point near the bed. They gave us an extension board, but that was faulty too. Even the key card they provided barely worked, whenever we tried to open the door from outside. We would always stand outside trying it repeatedly before having to call reception to send someone to open the door.You can see how the room looked in the attached photo (ignore the sheets).Overall, I'd suggest keeping this hotel as your last resort. It has a lot of basic issues that need to be fixed.

Had a decent stay at Emblem Hotel, Friends Colony. The room was good and reasonably priced, with food facilities available at the hotel. The stay felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Overall, it’s a good option for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, without expecting anything too luxurious.

I stayed here for two days, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

Stayed at Hotel Emblem in Delhi and had a good overall experience. The hotel has a pleasant environment with a nice ambience, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Room service was good and the staff were supportive.The rooms are worth the money, especially considering the location and service. However, the washrooms look a bit old and maintenance could be improved further to enhance the overall experience. Still, it is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay in Delhi.
