Unclean rooms, poor hygiene and slow service

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. There were mosquitoes and insects throughout the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The bedsheet and pillows also did not appear to be clean or properly maintained.Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene standards need significant improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better room cleanliness, pest control, and hygiene for future guests.

They charged much extra than the rate given the previous day. I found it opportunistic and fleecing. Taps in bathrooms were leaking.

Worst hotel to stay in Nehru Place. Don’t go by the photos and fake reviews. Rooms were filthy, bed sheets were unusable. More importantly rude and arrogant staff.
