Moldy, foul-smelling rooms, dirty bathrooms and unfriendly staff

Things were as I rated them, 4 floors of a hotel with no lift. Why bro? And they're charging me almost 1400 for 1 night, but the hotel gave a lot less than I paid for. No AC remote, just set in the lowest temp, couldn't use it properly. Bathroom with no showerhead, and Geyser that won't work, The phone was disabled with no contact to the reception desk, how was I supposed to call for an extra blankets, toiletries or water which was not provided in the first place.

The rooms have a terrible odor; despite requesting room fresheners around 10 times, we never received any. The walls were covered in mold, and the staff refused to provide soap for bathing, telling us to purchase our own. Avoid staying here as both the staff and rooms are extremely unpleasant.
