Main Hotel O by Oyo Raas near Hira Sweet mein 2 raat ke liye raha tha. Booking se pehle photos dekh kar laga tha ki hotel theek hoga, lekin mera experience bilkul bekar raha. Problems: - Room ki halat photos se bilkul alag thi. - Staff ka bartav achha nahi tha; reception par koi welcome nahi karta aur madad bhi nahi milti. Jab complaint ki to bola "sir maintenance chal rahi hai". - Raat bhar bahar se shor hota raha aur WiFi bhi bahut kharab tha, 1 minute chalta tha to 10 minute band rehta tha. Is rate mein ye hotel bilkul value nahi deta. Online photos par mat bharosa karo. Agar family ke saath ja rahe ho to ise avoid karo. Main dobara kabhi nahi jaunga aur kisi ko recommend bhi nahi karunga.

Deceptive Hotel Experience

I would have given a negative rating if possible. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked through OYO and it feels like a scam. They changed the prices of our booking after I paid via the OYO app. The staff, especially the receptionist, is very unprofessional and unpleasant; he seems to have no idea about hospitality, customer service, or even basic manners. The hotel is listed under two different names on OYO: Hotel O Raas near Hira Sweet, but when you arrive, they tell you to go to Hotel Victory Grant. It's a complete fraud. The worst experience of my life. Shameful!

Very bad experience with reception Staff.. The name of the hotel which is shown to us is not exactly that name when we go there .. and taking time to find the hotel and at last movement i know the hotel name is changed .. the rooms are not so good , bad smell , lift is not working , its not hotel , its is a headache to me
