Unclean rooms, misleading listing and rude staff
Guest as saying
Rooms were not clean, toilet seat was broken, building was not as shown in the photo. Room service was very bad, had to go to the reception in person for hand wash and keys for the room.

Solo Traveller • Papua New Guinea • Aug 2026I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. First, it's way to difficult to find the location as there are no sign board. Second, room was not ready till 1:30 i had to wait. Third, rooms were not clean at all bedsheet was wet and really untidy room, lift was not working and alloted room was on third floor. Staff was really unprofessional. And, the worst part was I had to pay extra over and above my booking amount. Don't go for this Hotel. This is my honest review
