Group • India • Jul 2026We cancelled booking from ixigo app and call centre guy told me that we will refund the amount in 24 hrs but past 7 days we are following up with all centre but still no resolution we have got then we made off line booking at sunvilla hotel coz it was late night around 12.45 they provide us staff room and the hotel boy told if u want I can provide u room for 700 cash and he did not provide me bill and made offline booking coz it was so late so we did the same and ixigo call centre we informed as long same day night coz we were getting refund from ixigo so we paid cash and done the booking but from ixigo I am still waiting for the same and in hotel the shower was not working break fast they did not provide and they told u have to go down in other room for shower then next day morning we went to other room and we took shower the hotel was full so they given us staff room 501 number and it was in very bad from inside hope u understand our query and help for our harden money and give us refund for the same as u are losing good customer thank you hope understand our situation
