Housekeeping maintained everything neatly throughout my visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to local markets and transport. What stood out most was the team's hospitality—they were always ready to assist with a smile and handled every request promptly. The hotel's calm environment made it an ideal place to unwind after a busy day. The service quality went beyond my expectations, and I genuinely felt appreciated as a guest. I never got the chance to experience anything because the person I spoke to never allowed it. I made multiple calls answered by Mr. Yadav, who always promised to call me back but never did. I wanted to ask about the rooms, but after listening, he would say please give me some time and I'll call back. He never called. I was considering booking based on the reviews, but now I have doubts about the customer service.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms look lovely, and the bathrooms are tidy, clean, and well-kept. The staff are courteous and helpful. Although the hotel doesn't offer any especially impressive views, its location near the market is very convenient. Overall, staying here is enjoyable, and the food is tasty as well.
