My experience was very disappointing. I reserved the hotel for ₹691, but when I arrived, the receptionist asked for extra fees and ended up charging me about ₹1,000. This unexpected and hidden cost is unacceptable and makes me question the hotel's transparency. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel with unhelpful staff. The photos shown on the app are misleading. Many amenities are missing or not functioning. The prices are higher than what is listed on the Oyo app. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor by stairs. There was no water supply in the bathroom and washroom areas. I advise against choosing such places and hotels that prioritize money over customer satisfaction.
