Smelly rooms, insect infestations and rude service

My first stay was terrible, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the manager was very rude and didn't listen to us. The room and blanket had a bad smell, and I developed skin issues after sleeping there. They charged me ₹1500 for the night, even though I stayed only about six or seven hours. Overall, the staff doesn't know how to welcome guests or value customer satisfaction. I would advise anyone considering booking here to save their money.

Excellent location. The rooms are compact but tidy and reasonably priced. The food quality is acceptable, though not outstanding. However, there are many alternatives nearby or available for delivery. The staff are very courteous.
