Business • India • Oct 2026I stayed in a twin room on L10.The room was clean, air-conditioned, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the toilet was non existent. The towels were a bit thin. The room and bathroom could use a face lift.The buffet breakfast in Blooms was absolutely delightful. So many choices, everything was fresh amd tasty. The kitchen staff were well coordinated by Paras, the Sous chef. The Chinese restaurant was also good. I never ate in the Indian restaurant. The pool was very clean and lifeguards were lovely and ensured comfort of the guests.The reception staff (with one exception)were super accommodating and helpful. 5 stars to the security staff, especially the delightful ladies on duty. I really enjoyed my time there. I loved the location, easy access to many places and shops. Having a reliable ATM on the premises was fantastic!If I was to perhaps make one suggestion, I would say please please don't keep hassling guests for feedback. I received 2 calls in one evening. Remind the guests to give feedback when they check out. If there is a problem, I am sure they will tell you.All in all, a pleasant experience. Any shortcomings are compensated for by the absolutely delightful staff.
