’I was outside the hotel today, passing by, when I was hit with an unexpected and urgent need to use a washroom.I approached the front desk (VARUN KUMAR ) and housekeeping(MONU)politely explaining my situation, and asked if I could quickly use the guest washroom’the same washroom I have used countless times as a paying resident.Staff was cold, dismissive, and frankly rude. To deny a basic human necessity, especially to someone who has repeatedly given them business, is not just poor customer service’it is a profound failure of basic human decency and hospitality.I am hurt, disgusted, and will never step foot in this establishment again. I strongly urge others to choose ahotel that treats people with respect, not contempt.

Pathetic and Shameful Behaviour by Staff:This hotel has some of the most unprofessional and arrogant staff I’ve ever come across.’Mr. Varun Kumar (Front Office) and Mr. Monu (Housekeeping)’ rudely denied me access to the washroom and behaved in a disrespectful, mocking, and completely unacceptable manner.As someone who was a potential customer, I’m shocked at how they spoke ’ with zero courtesy, no sense of hospitality, and an attitude that completely ruins the hotel’s reputation. If this is how they treat walk-in guests, I can’t imagine how poorly they must treat paying ones.Such behaviour is disgraceful for a hotel claiming to belong to the hospitality industry. The management should be ashamed of employing such uncivil, untrained, and arrogant people who clearly don’t understand what professionalism means.I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before visiting or booking this place. There are far better hotels in Delhi where staff actually understand respect and hospitality.

Good quality hotel in a nice area. The reception is luminous and welcoming. The restaurant makes nice food. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. the interior design is pleasant and appeasing.

The place is great and the staff is really kind. I appreciated the cleanness of the room and kindness of the staff. The rooms are also quiet so it’s easy to have a good night sleep :)

I have checked out just an hour ago and reached airport and found that the entire cash kept in my wallet is missing. The bag was given to bell boys for checkout.Extremely unsafe place. Please think before going to this hotel because all hotels have master keys
