Everything was fine

We had an excellent stay at Sheraton New Delhi, Saket, over the past weekend. Everything’from the smooth check-in and comfortable stay to the attentive service and outstanding food’was handled wonderfully.A special appreciation for Rudraksha from the Front Desk team, who made our booking and arrival experience seamless, and Gurpreet Kaur from the Food & Beverage team, who took exceptional care of our room-service orders. Her warmth, attentiveness and professionalism were truly impressive.I would also like to acknowledge Rashpal Padam, who looked after our reservations during our earlier visits and was instrumental in getting us hooked on to Sheraton New Delhi. Although he has now moved to ITC Grand Central in Mumbai, his personal attention laid the foundation for our continued relationship with the hotel.A special mention to Mr. Arup Kumar Das, Food & Beverage Manager, for maintaining such high standards across the room-service menu, presentation and food quality. The food continues to be one of the biggest highlights of Sheraton New Delhi.Finally, compliments to Mr. Amit Kumar, General Manager of Sheraton New Delhi and Area Manager for Welcomhotels’North, for building and leading such a warm, professional and service-oriented team.Great check-in, excellent service, outstanding food and an overall wonderful experience. We look forward to our next stay.

it was all perfect! Pratibha Chirom from the Guest Relations Team was so accommodating and helpful. I asked if the room could be decorated a bit for the birthday and then she made a fact to get it done and even send complimentary cake.

Extremely Disappointing Experience : Not Worth the PriceWe stayed at the Sheraton Delhi from 15th to 17th August, and unfortunately, the experience was nowhere close to what we expected from a hotel of this price range.We had lunch at Delhi Pavilion and it was extremely disappointing. We paid around ’6,000 for lunch, and the food was so bad that we couldn’t even finish our meal. We immediately brought this to the attention of the staff as well as the hotel management, but the experience left a very bad impression.The next day, we decided to give the hotel another chance and ordered room service for lunch. Unfortunately, that was equally pathetic. At that point, we completely lost confidence in the hotel’s food and ended up having dinner outside on both days because we simply didn’t want to risk another meal at the hotel.The hotel itself is quite average, and considering the prices they charge, there are far better hotels in Delhi offering a much better experience and value for money.We chose Sheraton specifically because we had read so many positive reviews, but after experiencing it ourselves, we genuinely found those reviews fake. The actual experience was completely different from what we expected.Very disappointing, especially for a hotel charging a premium. Definitely not worth the price.

They provided spice less food for our kids. For me best hotel you can find in India. And please take the dinner if possible it too good when they have sufi nights.
