Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that only patients could stay here, which was never mentioned during booking. To make matters worse, after paying a significant amount for the room, we were asked to pay additional charges just to get a different room.The staff was unhelpful, and the entire process felt misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
You definitely have to try this hotel; it's a truly lovely place.
