Right from the location, the welcome, the front desk handling guests so professionally, the rooms are so rich and shows heritage, the service quality, behavior of the staff, quick and smart response to calls 24/7, the hotel is totally a rich experience...I stayed at Lalit, leela, Marriott, but after I found this place i only come here when m in delhi ...its that superb

I would like to add a disclaimer that this is a review for the staff, specifically the front office and the supervisor of that night, Rachit Verma, as they merit one.We arrived shortly late at night due to unforeseen slowdowns during our travel and rushed to check in.Unfortunately, our troubles of the day continues as we realized that we made our booking on the wrong day... one month in advance.The hotel was already at full capacity and we were greatly disappointed. Despite the situation, the staff was exceptional in making sure we were given guidance and attention during this time.We managed to find another booking quickly and this would have escalated to something dismal were it not for the staff's patience and experience.We were definitely looking forward to spending time in the Maidens Hotel as it is a terrific location. We will surely make another attempt during travels to India's capital city. This time, with proper dates and knowledge that a stellar staff is there to provide us with quality service.

We had our 2 day extravaganza wedding here and they are the #1 reason it was fantastic. It’s been a week and the guests are still talking about the food and hospitality. Aijaz and Jashan did a fantastic job, forever indebted. Will return for more stays! :)

This property near ISBT Kashmere Gate has an old-world fort-style charm combined with five-star hospitality. Though it’s a bit far from the airport, the warm welcome from the staff makes you feel at home right away. There’s ample parking space, and the rooms are spacious, neat, and well-maintained. Room service is prompt and courteous. The open park area is a nice touch, especially for family gatherings or functions. Overall, my stay was comfortable and satisfactory.What adds to the appeal is the heritage feel of the architecture, which sets it apart from modern glass-and-steel hotels. Many guests also appreciate the colonial-era ambiance, as this property (Maidens Hotel, built in 1903) is one of Delhi’s oldest luxury hotels, offering a blend of history and modern amenities. It features an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a charming courtyard caf??, making it not just a stay but an experience steeped in tradition.
