Couple • India • May 2026The property is great, and its amenities are wonderful. Nice clean rooms and lobby area. But the staff left me utterly disappointed. Upon arrival, instead of a warm welcome and assistance with luggages from our vehicle, we were left to do everything ourselves. There is a club on property that’s apparently not linked to the hotel in any way (so the receptionist says). But the staff at the door were all more focused on guests entering the club and their cab needs rather than us. Upon checkin, the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and treated us rather unpleasantly. Finally when the bellboy was to bring our luggages to the room, we specifically pointed out which ones were ours and told him we are happy to wait to head up to the room together with him. He insisted that he will handle it. 20 mins later, the bellboy arrives with half the luggages not even belonging to us. This could have been a property I stayed at repeatedly before leaving from Delhi on my next trips - but sadly that won’t be the case.
We stayed the last day of our trip and enjoyed so much that we will book again next time we are in India. Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
