Had a very pleasant stay at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a great location. The rooms were well maintained and the overall service was excellent. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Delhi.

Hotel staff very attentive, courteous, ready to help. Facilities like swimming pool, gym was great and breakfast was extraordinary with plenty of choices. Bakery staff were kind enough to make an adhoc bday cake for my wife which made the day extra special. Attention to detail was fantastic. They couldn't be too helpful.There is worldmark1 only 5mins walk from the hotel, with a food court at reasonable prices. We ate there every evening.Easy access to airport express line (orange) but this is not included in metro card - it costs Inr 65/person to go to new delhi metro from where you can use the metro go to most tourist places in delhi.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the team turned a simple transit stay into a warm and memorable experience, which we want to share as a fair review for other travelers. The Truly Remarkable Hospitality Team Who Made Our Stay Special: Several team members stood out during our visit: • Rohan (Housekeeping) – His constant smile and proactive attitude made a big difference. We were so impressed that we decided not to change rooms just to keep him as our housekeeper. His kindness and readiness to resolve any issues showed the kind of hospitality that makes a stay unique. • Manisha (Lobby Staff) – Her proactive check-ins and helpful support were excellent. Her suggestions for food, shopping, and local attractions were spot on and helped us explore dining, shopping centers, and nearby Worldmark sights effectively. • Himanshu (Nook) – Offered excellent dining assistance, patiently answering all our food-related questions before the restaurant became busy with a corporate training event. • The Peregrine Security Team – Always humble, polite, and welcoming with a warm Namaste whenever we passed by. Their genuine smiles made us feel truly at home. • Anil (Pick-up Driver) – Engaging conversations and useful sightseeing tips made our airport transfer a pleasant start to the stay. Other positive aspects that enhanced our experience: • Dining at Nook – We previously wrote a detailed review but want to praise it again. True to the great online feedback, their global buffet and breakfast live counters are delightful, making it a top dining choice in Aerocity. Notably, the spread was very healthy with no deep-fried items. • Property – The hotel is modern, clean, and well-kept. The room layout was thoughtfully planned, with wash and laundry areas separated from the sleeping space – a practical feature for longer stays. The housekeeping team, led by Rohan, kept everything spotless. Areas for Improvement: Although our stay was comfortable overall, a few things could be better: • Bonvoy Member Benefits – As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, we were surprised by the absence of standard member discounts on food, beverages, and services during this stay, which was unexpected compared to other Marriott hotels. Since the rest of Marriott's protocols are well followed here, offering more Bonvoy recognition would enhance the member experience. This influenced our choice to eat out after the first meal at Nook. Clearer communication about member benefits at check-in would help a lot. • Service Consistency – While many staff were outstanding, we didn’t always feel the same warmth and connection from the entire team. A few interactions, especially at the lobby bar, felt rushed and less welcoming. A more consistent culture of spontaneous smiles and friendly greetings would greatly improve the experience. Summary: Aloft New Delhi Aerocity has a strong foundation – a great location near the airport, modern rooms, and some truly caring staff. With more consistent service and clearer Bonvoy benefits communication, this hotel could offer an unforgettable stay for all the right reasons.
