We used Aloft for a one night transition before flying early to Singapore. It was in the perfect location at Aero city snd enable us a seamless transition to T3 to board a flight to Singapore.

Couple • India • Sep 2026Paid almost Mariott rate for this business hotel. And it was sub par, not staying here again, Flush was not working and i had taken a dump after checking in. Quite embarrassing to explain at the front desk. They changed my room, but damage was done. Also facilities aren't great, lots of work happening there - Lifts were being services during the day, So were the public washrooms. And food beverage at breakfast was sub par. Typical carb sugar loaded offerings. Paid almost 15K a night after taxes for 3 nights and could have stayed in a slightly better hotel like Andaz or JW instead …Staff is not at all friendly at the reception. Especially the women, lots of attitude. One of them stands behind a mini desk with a lot of make up and gives dirty looks. Not sure if that’s her full time as that desk is separate. They don’t help you with anything like carrying ur luggage to the room etc. All in all if u want to be treated like shit then might as well play lesser for it. Never staying here again. Even my dustbins were not being emptied daily and tea coffee was not being replenished. Pathetic housekeeping

The hotel is clean and modern with pleasant staff. Mr. Arpan at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. When a rude man tried to push ahead in line, he stopped him twice and apologized, even though it wasn't his fault.
