Strong sewer smells inside. Turning on the bathroom fan pulls air from the drain and makes the odor worse. A telephone in the hallway must've rung 40 times in a single night, even at 4 am it was ringing on and on for no apparent reason. I eventually went out and removed the handset to get some respite. Nightly rates are high for what you get. It's not really a three-star hotel, no coffee service, no complimentary water bottle, no wardrobe closet, no proper chair or desk, no hot water in the evening, etc. The surrounding area is very crowded and dirty, with unappealing food options. The hotel does accept foreigners, and it makes a convenient stopover for train travelers.
