Noise, poor staff response and unclean shower area

We were given a room on the first floor which made us susceptible to hearing every noise from the hall as well as other rooms beside and upstairs. The AC unit was not swinging and was stuck in one position, and the space beneath the bath mat at the shower was filthy. (See photos) The room quality was not worth the price. The staff were helpful and attentive, especially with helping us load our luggage into a different car when we had to transfer from one driver to a new one.
Super convenient location with exceptionally polite and courteous staff! Keep in mind that you will hear some road noise due to the close proximity to the road. . Quality of the room supplies could be better.
I stayed there for two days and misplaced a shirt. I called the receptionist just to ask if my shirt was there or not. She was supposed to check and simply tell me yes or no, but instead, she hung up without even looking. It's their job to assist customers, but their response was very poor. Why do they behave like this? Why don't they check and help us find out if we left something behind? It's not about the shirt, it's about responsibility and customer service.
