The property is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the stay was spoiled by very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful staff, particularly Suresh Biswal and Naresh. The hospitality was lacking, marked by poor communication, neglect of requests, and a dismissive approach to guests. The management must urgently work on improving staff behavior and professionalism. While the property itself is excellent, the service requires significant enhancement.

The staff here are the worst I have encountered. I urge the owner to address the issue of extremely poor hospitality. Suresh, in particular, was the worst staff member.

I had to rate the service with 1 star since there was no choice for 0 or terrible, solely due to the staff members Suresh and Sandesh. The location and property are fantastic, but the staff is the worst.

My experience was terrible, mainly due to the extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior of the staff, particularly SURESH BISWAL and Naresh. The property itself is wonderful and has a lot of potential, but hospitality is not just about the place; it's about how guests are treated. Sadly, the staff completely spoiled the experience. Their attitude was shockingly rude, arrogant, and unwelcoming, lacking any professionalism, basic courtesy, or respect for guests. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were inconveniencing them by staying there. Communication was very poor, requests were ignored or handled carelessly, and the overall demeanor was dismissive and frustrating. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability or willingness to address guest concerns. Hospitality should make you feel comfortable and valued, but here it was the exact opposite. No matter how beautiful the property is, it cannot make up for bad service, disrespectful behavior, and staff who don't grasp basic hospitality standards. Management really needs to address the staff's behavior and professionalism. With better training and more polite staff, this place could offer a great experience. Unfortunately, due to the staff, this is not an experience I would want to repeat or recommend.
