Rosewood Apartment Hotels

Currently I am in hotels , i never seen such ghatiya type of service, struggling for plate , spoon , towel, such kind of basic things . I ordered manchurian and got after 1.30 h without spoons and plate . I will never ever recommend this for saty any one . I ordered dinner that's serve to us without plate , bowel, spoon . Service man said call to reception for this ...what's an service totally pathetic.

Rose wood has very nice room and the service is very good and the staff alao very good and Rohit and Anuj take very good care of all the guests at night

Service rooms are provided by Hotel.You may prepare your own food. All utensils are available in room. But, check equipment like induction, oven are in working condition.Do not surprise if you will see cockroaches in the room. Breakfast is included, but having limited options, catering services needs lot of improvement.

I recently stayed at the Rosewood Hotel in Rudrapur and would rate my overall experience a solid 3 stars.The Room and Amenities were good. The room was more spacious than expected and came equipped with a fridge and necessary amenities. The WiFi quality was excellent, which is a huge plus for both business and personal travel. Cleaning was also good, and the room was well-maintained.The Staff behaviour was excellent’very friendly and polite’but unfortunately, there was a significant delay in providing items when requested. This points to some organizational and management issues, as they don't seem to be properly active or coordinated. It was frustrating to find that basic things were not initially provided in the room, and I had to call to get them, which is "too bad" for a hotel.The location is good and convenient for both business and personal stays. The food quality was average, with quite limited varieties available.In summary, the hotel offers comfortable rooms and great staff but needs to work on its internal processes and management efficiency to ensure prompt service and proper room stocking.

Staying at this hotel was the worst experience of my life. The service was zero; not a single thing was done even after repeated requests. Dinner was ordered, but it was served cold. A spoon was requested, but it was not provided even after calling three times. Shameful Hotel Rosewood Apartment Hotel Pantnagar.I'd like to tell guests to think carefully before coming here. And I'd also like to tell the management to pay attention to their service and maintenance. I've been staying at your hotel for the last two years, and this first time I had such a disastrous experience that I don't want to come back.
