Very worst behavior from restaurant staff,we ordered bulk food from restaurant a day before and the manager promised for door delivery.on the day no body delivered the food and we went to restaurant and the staff also dont know about door delivery also the manager Saneesh thru we booked switched off phone at that time. Very very worst behavior also mushroom curry we ordered was overcooked have a smoky smell

Extremely Disappointed ’ Not Worth the PriceI recently stayed at Rouba Residency and it was a complete disappointment. I booked the Duke Room expecting at least basic comfort, but the experience was far below average. The room felt more like a lodge than a hotel ’ definitely not suitable for families.The morning buffet was a joke. I went at 8:30 AM expecting a decent spread, but there were barely any items available. When I asked for a GST bill, I was told I couldn't get one, which is totally unprofessional. The bathroom was pathetic, poorly maintained and not clean. There were no amenities in the room as promised, which was really frustrating.Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable, and I regret choosing this place. I would not recommend Rouba Residency to anyone looking for a decent, clean, and professional stay.

Staff service and behaviour was very good and helpful. Breakfast they provided was also goodThe rooms are not meeting the 4 star experience. Pipes were damaged and was tightened after 2 days.they don't even have a good iron box. Dinner was just OK to have. If you are looking for some quality 4 star hotel, then this hotel won't give you a good experience

Stayed in this Hotel for a night with a friend. Room is spacious and with adequate furniture.Bathroom is Ok. But the glass partition between the shower and the dry area not moving. Hence useless. Also major issue was no running hot water.Restaurant is neat and the food is very tasty. The restaurant staff very courteous as well.The security staff especially Mr. Madhu has been excellent in his work and very helpful when asked for directions.Overall the experience has been average.
