Luxury Resort matching 5 star standards, featuring several acres of maintained gardens and open space.Majestic exteriors and posh & tasteful interiors. Staff is warm & friendly and service is top notch.Massive size rooms. Clean, well-furnished rooms, with clean washrooms. Bedroom linen and towel were spotless clean.Toiletries included Slippers, Shaving Kit, Dental Kit, Moisturizer etc.In room Dinner was well made, not oily. Breakfast spread was decent, all food items very well made.

We stayed with the group of friends for visiting Kaziranga national park. We liked the spacious comfortable rooms, very friendly personnel and atmosphere. It’s nice that it’s in the walking distance to the Orchid park and it’s cool to go there, to walk and relax. I liked how neat and clean the hotel is.We are from Europe and not that adjusted yet to Indian spices and it was so precious that the kitchen staff made us feel so welcome and treated, they cooked special food for us without spices and very tasty: fish, chicken, awesome French fries. ’? We felt ourselves very loved.Special thanks to Dil Hazarika ’?. He managed everything with the kitchen in restaurant for us. And Dhruba at the reception ’ he helped my friend who left her passport at the hotel after the check out. He organized everything so she could get her passport before flight home.It was also my birthday during my stay and staff helped my friends to organize flowers bouquets and a cake. Thank you for that.I was impressed by the diversity and the quality of drinks at the bar ’ I ordered them for my celebration.What can be added for more )) There were no beer ’?. It would be nice if possible, to have a glass of cool light beer after the safari day.And what should be noticed, that the pool isn’t that big as it seems on the photos.Thank you n for our wonderful stay. A great place to visit. One of the best resort in Kaziranga to explore with. We have started the journey with a warm welcoming by the reception team, a seamless check-in process. The rooms are quite large with highly decorated and maintained, great relaxation at the balcony. The food was excellent. Beautiful property with the greenery vibes.I would love to stay again whenever planning to visit Kaziranga. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel online and after reaching here realised that we made a great choice. From reception to housekeeping and restaurant the staffs were very polite and accomodated all our request promptly. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the quality was upto my expectation. The location was perfect and the room are very specious. Highly recommended. The GM met us upon departure and asked about our stay which was really nice and caring attitude.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the restaurant staff. There was a bald gentleman (unfortunately I don’t know his name) whose attitude was absolutely unacceptable. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.I checked into this hotel today, and despite the property being beautiful, the service completely ruined the experience. When you choose to stay at a premium property, service is the topmost priority and sadly, that was missing here.I am specifically talking about the restaurant staff. The hospitality standards are nowhere close to what this place portrays. Because of this experience alone, I would never want to come back again.Very disappointing.
