Very decent property. At first, you don't like it from outside, but given the terrain and the type of stays/hotels available there, it's a very good property.Rooms are decently spacious in size, food is good, not much options though which is understandable given the terrain.Staff is very generous, attentive and responsive.Overall, liked the property.

Had expected a great response after return from sightseeing but to our utter surprise our goods were kept outside.They did provide a room for freshening up but we had to demand food items which were served only after intervention by the manager himself.But the services rendered by Mr. Bipul sir n the dinning area was really praiseworthy.Lot of scope of improvement is there.

Great experience. Service and food is really nice. Staff is very cooperative.Recommended for staying in lachen.Their efforts to be provide customer with security and family feel is beyond words.. totally worth staying

The kind of facilities provided at such a place even with the lack of electricity and adverse weather is very commendable! The hotel staff was very welcoming and the food we had for dinner was delicious.Even though we stayed for only 1 night, I'd happily extend my stay for a bit longer here. Thanks again for the service!
