Good place to stay in Lachen. As Lachen is himalayan town in the northern sikkm, don't expect a luxury stay here. But whatever facilities they provide is good and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a valley View with nice river Valley View from the room. Overall very good experience.

Stay was comfortable and the service was good. You need a room heater during winters definitely as well during Summers.Kumar was quite cooperative and made our stay comfortable

Understand the location is remote, but the team is not well prepared in providing power backup. Some staff were even rude and not much support. One of the improvement areas for the team.Need to improve more on dining and additional staff to manage the crowd.The property is located in a nice place and a good advantage to leave early to reach Gurudongmar lake to best the traffic race.

Very decent property. At first, you don't like it from outside, but given the terrain and the type of stays/hotels available there, it's a very good property.Rooms are decently spacious in size, food is good, not much options though which is understandable given the terrain.Staff is very generous, attentive and responsive.Overall, liked the property.
