Stay location, hotel surrounding is amazing. Food was good too.Room no. 3, But I faced lot of inconvenience due to poorly maintained fan, it was not working, though staff arranged table fan but it was not enough.My son was not able to sleep throughout night. Worst night i ever lived in any stay.
Apart from the location and friendly staff, even the basic amenities did not meet expectations. There were frequent power fluctuations and low voltage, which made it very difficult to rest—we struggled through the entire night without proper sleep.To make matters worse, the next morning brought another unpleasant surprise: there was a frog in the toilet. Due to the power failure, there was also no water supply, and I had to call the manager. Although she did her best within her limitations and tried to resolve the issues, the overall experience was still very disappointing.Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying at this resort.
