Right after our booking, the staff contacted us to ask if we had any special requests, which was a wonderful personal touch.The welcome was lovely, with refreshing welcome drinks and a traditional tilak. The food was absolutely awesome, and the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.Another thoughtful gesture was the complimentary snacks provided at the time of departure. It really showed how much the hotel cares about its guests.A special mention to the front desk lady, who was extremely supportive, calm, polite, and charming throughout our stay. Her warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more pleasant.Overall, excellent hospitality, delicious food, clean and spacious rooms, and a genuinely caring staff. Highly recommended! We would love to stay here again.
