Sarbati Palace

The room had water seepage, with cracked plaster and paint. The washroom had no water. The staff ignored my complaint and did not fix the issue. Their behavior was quite rude. Overall, my stay was very unpleasant and I would not suggest this hotel.

I enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay at this hotel and would strongly suggest it to anyone seeking a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. The rooms were tidy, well-kept, and provided stunning views of the nearby scenery. A standout feature was the large balcony, ideal for unwinding and taking in the natural beauty. For those who appreciate peaceful settings and scenic vistas, this place is a great pick. The staff were very courteous, supportive, and attentive during my visit. Special thanks to the cook and kitchen crew—the meals were consistently fresh, tasty, and carefully made. The overall hospitality was friendly and inviting, and the cost felt reasonable given the quality of the accommodation, cuisine, and location. I look forward to returning in the future. The only slight drawback was the limited range of amenities and some service details, but this did not greatly affect my stay. In summary, an excellent experience with wonderful service, lovely environment, superb food, and comfortable rooms. I gladly give it a 5-star rating!

The rooms are fantastic and the food is light and delicious, definitely worth a visit. They also offer a banquet hall for events.

Wonderful hotel offering great comfort at reasonable rates.
