The room we booked was Premium honeymoon room with plunge pool. Excellent StayHad a wonderful stay at Scenic, Munnar – IHCL SeleQtions. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, misty mountains, and peaceful valley views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall ambience is perfect for a relaxing getaway.What really stood out was the warm hospitality and attentive service from the staff. The food was delicious, and the property offers a lovely combination of comfort, nature, and luxury. The serene atmosphere makes it especially great for couples and families looking to escape the busy city life.Overall, a memorable experience and definitely one of the places I would love to visit again. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic stay in Munnar!
An Unforgettable Experience in Munnar – Exceptional Service & Enchanting Gardens! Having visited over 70 countries and living near New York, we have high expectations for hospitality—and Scenic Hotels Munnar exceeded them with a fantastic stay! From arrival, every staff member welcomed us warmly with genuine smiles and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to Chef Sri Hari, whose passion shone through every dish; he went above and beyond to meet our special dietary needs. The standout feature of the property is its stunning flora and fauna. We spent hours exploring the beautifully maintained gardens. Although we didn't meet Mr. Cyriac Augustine, we greatly admire his design and meticulous care of the grounds—the many birds enjoying the gardens truly reflect his efforts! Excursions and arrangements were excellent as well: Mr. Palani expertly organized a wonderful private tour of a local tea estate, including a private photo shoot with a talented photographer. Saiju, our driver for airport transfers, was very patient and accommodating with our frequent stop requests. The Ayurvedic massages offered on-site were incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Regarding views: while the resort overlooks a lovely mountain range, the immediate vistas aren't as expansive as some other Munnar resorts—but the gorgeous internal gardens and outstanding hospitality more than compensate. This was our first visit to Munnar, and thanks to this amazing team, it will always be a cherished memory. Highly recommended!
