We had a comfortable stay at Seclude Cliff Edge, Ramgarh. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the view from the room was quite nice. The amenities provided were good ’ heaters were available, warm blankets were provided, and overall the stay was comfortable in terms of the room and facilities.However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our experience. The property is located behind a cliff, due to which none of the room balconies or common areas received direct sunlight. This was the biggest downside for us, especially during winter. Additionally, on the morning of our departure, we faced an issue with hot water, as the geyser in our washroom was not working properly.The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was good. A special mention to Mr. Pradeep Singh Negi for his courteous and supportive service, which truly stood out. However, considering the tariff of ’7,000+ per night, the overall experience did not feel value for money given the shortcomings mentioned.

Everyone there were very welcoming the staff were kind and polite best experience ever ambience also 10/10 the kitchen staff were great hospitality was given on point Mr, Deepak Bisht, Dheeraj,chef Arjun, Himanshu there were who really helped and in housekiping Dheeraj and suraj were also welcoming and the Reception staff Mr Deepak Singh Bisht were also very kind overall everyone there were great but these are some who really stood out to usThe fooding was also on point and hygeine was taken care of too and the Kids game zone/toddler room was also great my kids had a great time the advisor there was also nice although I don't know her name but she was also kind and cleanliness of the room was also taken care of nicely. we actually came during the New year's event and It was spectacular although there were less people still the party was greatOverall we loved it and I will treasure this experience for a Lifetime.

I had a great stay at this resort. The property is genuinely beautiful, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by nature. If you’re looking to disconnect from noise and crowds, this place does the job well.The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Comfort wasn’t an issue at any point during the stay.The staff deserves special appreciation: polite, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Mr. Pradeep Negi and the manager Mr. Deepak Bhist for their hospitality and smooth management.The food was also quite good, with satisfying taste and quality. Another nice touch is the common room with board games, which adds a relaxed, social element to the stay.Cons:’The road leading to the resort is a bit bumpy, which can be inconvenient.’There aren’t many shops or places nearby, but honestly, once you’re inside the resort, you don’t really need to step out.Overall, it’s a very nice property and definitely worth visiting if you want a calm, nature-focused getaway.
