Very Poor Experience ’ Not RecommendedWe had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this hotel.We booked 3 rooms for 3 families for 3 nights through Goibibo and paid ’15,000. Goibibo clearly mentioned full refund in case of medical/health issues. Unfortunately, one family member became seriously unwell while travelling from Hyderabad to Karnataka, and we were forced to cancel in the middle of the journey.We immediately informed the hotel and requested cancellation as per Goibibo policy. The hotel people promised that they would refund the amount if they were able to give the rooms to other customers, and they actually sold our rooms to new guests. Still, they refunded us only ’1,000, and kept the rest of the money unfairly. We expected at least a partial refund, but they took full advantage of our situation and did not return our money.Apart from this, the hotel service was extremely poor:No free drinking water ’ they forced us to buy our own bottles.No basic amenities like soap, shampoo, towels, or proper bathroom maintenance.Very rude and careless staff behavior.They do not follow Goibio policies at all.This hotel is not trustworthy and does not care about customers, especially during emergencies.Please think twice before booking here. We suffered a lot both financially and mentally.’ Highly NOT recommended.They are asking our mobile so that they can promote themself positiveThis thing made me surprise

I stayed with my family for a day. Room was really nice and comfortable. Also the service was excellenet. The complimentrary food with tea was really good. But, there are no near by tourist places to visit, so plan it before check-in. If you're planning for a peaceful stay it will be a good choice

Rooms - good and spacious but bathroom wasn't clean. We had to flush multiple timesService - the receptionist has no communication skills. He is polite but it is very difficult to talk to him. We had no idea how to reach that location and he couldn't guide us well. Moreover, he suggested we can accompany a family who were returning the next day in their traveller car. Now, the driver is calling and abusing my wife saying we didn't pay him. This is completely unacceptable! We were never informed that we needed to pay him, otherwise we could have booked a much cheaper bus from the nearby busstand. As expected, the receptionist is denying responsibilities. He was very eager for us to give 5 star reviews (although I didn't). Hence this is a warning to fellow travellers not to trust Google reviews which can be easily manipulated. If you check MakeMyTrip, the ratings are less than 4.Location - Extremely far away from the major tourist spots. So take this only if you are looking for a very offbeat experience. I was provided this hotel at the last minute by MakeMyTrip because my previous hotel was already booked, but be warned this is 60km away from Madikeri and cabs can charge 2500+ to reach there.Overall - I have nothing against the hotel or the receptionist, but you should put a person who is a good communicator in a customer facing role. We had to call him 10+ times to get basic conformations.

So the staff at first seemed kind and nice , though there was language barrier we liked how kind he was , the location was very remote we had to pay to lot to come from Coorg main city to here, however the staff was sweet so we thought its worth it, next day they told us a traveller bus will go to main town to drop few tourists we can tag along nothing about money was informed, we felt so nice of them to drop us so we agreed However things got bad later at evening suddenly we got a call from the driver asking money for the travel which he said the manager promise him, our problem is not the money but we were kept on dark and the whole experience got really bitter for us , very upset on the incompetency of the staff, I am a women who felt really unsafe on a tour that was supposed to be merry
