the room was not good as we saw in the photo. it was too small, not clean. but they did give us better room. but still had cleanliness issues.
We stayed at this hotel with our family, including young children. The location and ambience are good, and the property has potential. However, our experience was affected by poor housekeeping. Regular room cleaning was not carried out properly, and the bathroom was very congested. The exhaust fan was also not working, despite informing the reception several times, the issue was never resolved.Overall, it was an average stay. I would not recommend it for families or for long-term stays due to the housekeeping and maintenance concerns. However, it may be suitable for business travelers or those looking for a short one-night stay.
