Disorganized Event Issues

Sky Auditorium programmeWe hosted a wedding reception at Hotel Sky Park Auditorium Mattannur. While the food was good and the overall programme went fine, the manager did not count the plates or ensure the number of people attending the event, which led to disputes. The washbasin easily gets clogged, and they didn't take care of cleaning it during the event. Ensure these factors when booking an event. Additionally, the hotel does not provide an invoice for the auditorium-related payments, which reflects a lack of professionalism.

Disappointing Stay

The parlour boy has sense. But it has no any value of 3 star. I don't understand why people give good comments to such a space. They have no idea about our dinner and breakfast plan. Very bad experience ’?. But I like that person who tries to balance all the issues. Thank you
