Being in a remote area, guests might face occasional minor power issues affecting air conditioning, and Wi-Fi may be spotty in some spots, which can actually help with unplugging digitally. This resort is a great choice for weekend trips from Bhubaneswar or Cuttack for those wanting a beautiful setting and plenty of room to unwind. This is my fourth visit to this place. Let me separate the positives and negatives. Positives: You get excellent value for your money. It's rare to find such a large property that is so well kept. The rooms were clean. Most of the staff were polite and welcoming. Negatives: I booked at least a month in advance and arrived around 1 pm, but had to wait a long time for the room to be cleaned. I was traveling with my family, including my 2.5-year-old daughter. Around lunchtime, she was very hungry and sleepy. With no other option, I had to unpack and feed her in the common play area. When I spoke to a receptionist about this, he rudely said he didn't know the rooms weren't ready. I didn't want to argue as it would ruin my day. This was a one-time issue and hadn't happened before. Also, the breakfast quality has declined; nothing tasted as good as before. Despite these drawbacks, I still think the property is worth visiting. You won't be disappointed.

The dine-in service is terrible! You have to wait at least an hour for everything, even when you're already in the restaurant. A fish tikka took 53 minutes to arrive, and you still have to wait longer for a simple order of jeera rice, dal fry, and mutton. Please improve your kitchen services—imagine someone coming in hungry and having to wait an hour for their food!
