We booked this hotel specifically for a promised river-view room, but the view was largely blocked by equipment on the property ’ not the sweeping river view advertised. Because of this the hotel downgraded our room, yet there was no empathy or solution offered by the manager.The jacuzzi was not working properly during our stay, and despite the downgrade we requested an extra bed which was not provided. Additionally, there was no welcome drink on arrival ’ we had to call reception to get it.Overall we felt disappointed by the misleading room description, lack of working amenities, and poor customer service from management. Not recommended until they fix the jacuzzi, remove or relocate the equipment blocking the river view, and improve staff responsiveness.

Absolutely Trash Hotel.Views & People are good but organisation is pathetic.We are in-house guest, they have some VIP moment happening because of which the are not letting People roam Freely, they are not even serving in-room.Please ensure you check all these before booking.Others- Food is pretty ok, especially for the price they charge.- Only good this is the view, only from a few rooms (Whichbare really expensive compared to any international property)Choose wisely.

The room was very nice and comfortable, and there were a few staff members who were genuinely courteous and helpful. However, our overall experience with the hospitality could have been much better.When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and unfortunately there were no umbrellas available for guests, so we had to walk in the rain. We also felt that some of the restaurant staff, and at times even the reception team, were not accommodating. Requests were often declined immediately, even during the buffet service, which was disappointing.While the hotel’s has association with celebrities and the displayed photos may attract guests initially, hospitality and customer satisfaction should remain the top priority. With some improvement in staff attitude and guest service, the experience could become much more enjoyable. At present, based on our experience, we would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

I recently visited and tried their sandwich. Unfortunately, the food was overpriced and lacked taste. The sandwich I ordered was quite disappointing and not up to expectations in terms of quality and flavor.However, I must mention that the service was very good. The staff was polite, attentive, and ensured a comfortable experience despite the food not being satisfactory.Overall, while the service stands out, the pricing and food quality need significant improvement.

Great stay. Clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were professional and the overall experience was excellent. Having stayed at another Radisson property in Sonamarg, this place was far better by comparison.The TV worked well, the heater was perfect, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. All the basic amenities were in place and the stay felt comfortable throughout. A very good find in Sonamarg.
