SOULACIA HOTEL AND RESORT

Stayed here for three nights with my family and friends. I also had a 11 month old infant and the staff was super cooperative. Food was good with decent variety. The staff was kind enough to make special arrangements for my infant. Special mention for Anand Rahul and Kunj Bihari Yadav, the staff members in f&b section they were very cooperative and warm. The rooms were slightly old and need more maintenance however the exceptional service made up for it. The location is also very close to the khatiya gate but the Mukhi gate is almost 75 to 80 minutes far. Overall recommended highly to stay here whenever you're visiting Kanha.

Soulacia resort - the heart & soul of Kanha.We stayed at the delux room for five nights.It was wonderful experience.The resort is situated just 5 mins( by car) from the kathiya gate of the Kanha National Park.We were told one can access every core zone from this gate only.Room was large & came with modern convenience.Even in the middle of scorching summer sun the room stayed cool naturally (strangely a.c was not required every moment).Never met housekeeping staff but everytime we came back from evening safari our room felt like new.The property was very green & kept perfectly neat & clean.The whole F & B team was excellent.They prepared food as per our preference.Food was soo yummy.If you love chicken don't miss lemon chicken, chicken laziz & chicken kolapuri.Among veg dishes kanthal ki sabji, stuffed capsicum etc were heavenly . After every meal chef came & asked about the meal.I would like to thank the chef from the bottom of my heart.Special mention to Aanand ji & other kitchen staff (sorry didn't get their name) for superb & attentive service.They also packed hearty & healthy breakfast for morning safari as per our choice.I really loved the fact that everytime we came back from safari they greeted us with cold towel & different kind of drink.The whole booking (room & safari) process was smooth thanks to the efficient management team.They entertained our smallest doubts & queries with grace & smile.Last but not least,a very special mention for the in-house naturalist Prateek ji.He is an avid wildlife enthusiast.His keen eyes for spotting birds & animals will make your safari more exciting.His vast knowledge & experience in that field would keep you hooked throughout the journey.Thank you Prateek ji for going out of the way every time to make sure that we get unforgettable & thrilling moments.

In fairness these are relative ratings as per the options available in the location.Hygienic rooms and prompt service. Food was amazing! Much needed as the long safari rides can make you hungry. Recommend to opt for their buffet or ala carte based on items in their buffet.Property is located close to the safari entry gate. They prepare breakfast buffet as carry along for morning safari. Plus a much needed blanket.Made the overall experience very comfortable.

I would say this is a very under rated property and worth every penny. Amazing hospitality, service and food.Amazing dining staff - Rahul, Kunjbihari and Anant were very kind.Naturalist Prateek came on safaris and helped bird citing.Kavita head of housekeeping was also very kind and helpful.

Had a great time at Soulacia.The cottage was very comfortable and very clean.The resort is lovely.The staff are very caring and took good care of us.The food was wholesome and fresh and very tasty.Located very close to the game park gate.Enjoyed our stay. Will highly recommend.
