SR Residency

This place couldn't have been worse than it already was. I was here with my parents and a sibling. We booked two rooms. Here is a list of all the issues we faced.In my parent's room-1. The curtains looked like they were hastily or lazily put up.2. The bed sheets were filthy. They had spots and were dusty all over.3. The floor was very sticky.4. There were lizard droppings on the wall and lizards here and there too.5. The toilet was filthy as if it wasn't cleaned at all. The toilet seat was broken.6. Instead of a cupboard, they had a dirty shelf.7. The electrical fittings were loose and broken.Our room-1. There were too many lizards everywhere!! One fell on me while I lay in bed. The other was in the bathroom shower. One sat on the window sill. Lizard droppings were to be found everywhere.2. The bed sheet was a crop top put on a bed. It was cropped halfway and didn't even reach the end of the bed! The bed sheets were filthy of course.3. The geyser dripped water 24/7 making it hard to use the toilet.4. The stairwell had dishes and bottles of liquor left over for days. There was a bar right upstairs where music played 24/7, loud enough to keep us up at night. In fact, it was terrifying for us to even come out of the door with ease.5. There was moss growing on the curtains. The AC was damaged and used cigarette boxes just sitting on the window sill.Lastly, the hotel had two different names, making it hard to navigate on Google Maps.Worst hotel ever!!

Hands down the worst hotel experience I've had, ever. We had the "superior room". DISGUSTING rooms- lizards, lizard poop everywhere, leaky geyser that drips on you if you use the commode, broken curtains, moss in bathrooms, used cigarette boxes in the rooms, beer bottles in the stairwell, dishes of rotting food on the stairs, no light in the elevator, AC was damaged, ALL the sheets and blankets were torn. My sibling was in bed and a lizard fell on her! There's moss growing on the curtains. The hotel has 2 names too, SR and DK. Enough to confuse not just you but also the owner. Absolute worst experience possible. This place should be shut down.
