The property is huge but very poorly maintained. I checked in at 10 PM, yet no hotel staff were available to assist with my luggage from the vehicle to the lobby.The room initially allotted had a stained washroom commode. When I requested a room change, the front office asked me to wait and justified the issue by saying it was “only a stain, not dirt.” The replacement room, too, had a leaky tap.I was informed that breakfast would be ready by 7 AM, but on arrival, I was told it would take another 30 minutes.Overall:* No value for money* Large property, but poorly maintained* Poor customer service* Lack of empathy and ownership at the front deskThe overall experience was disappointing and fell well short of expectations for a property of this scale.
