Extremely disappointing experience overall. For a highly priced property, the service and quality fall far below expectations. The check-in process was poorly managed and unnecessarily frustrating.Dining options are very limited—almost to the point of being useless—and portions felt rationed rather than hospitable. Definitely not what you expect when paying a premium.The property itself is outdated and clearly in need of serious renovation and maintenance. To make matters worse, mosquitoes were everywhere, making the stay quite uncomfortable.Would not recommend staying here. It’s simply not worth the price. If you do choose to stay, set your expectations very low to avoid disappointment.
Highly recommended for stay here. Quick in response to any request and very good quality food. Booking to check out process was very smooth. We will definitely visit again.

The overall experience fell short of expectations in several key areas:’Outdated Interiors: The room felt tired with old woodwork and worn finishes rather than the refreshed look you expect at this price point.’Mosquito Problem: There were a lot of mosquitoes inside and around the rooms, which made the stay uncomfortable.’Overpriced for the Quality: The rates felt significantly higher than what I’ve paid at other genuine five star hotels like Sheraton, where the quality and service were noticeably better.’Food Quality Was Average: Dining here wasn’t memorable ’ the food was just okay and not worth the premium pricing.’Service Delays: Staff seemed few and sometimes slow to respond when help was needed.Overall, if you’re expecting a true premium experience aligned with its rating, this place might leave you underwhelmed. It’s decent for its location, but not 4 star quality for the price paid.
