This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. There was no proper water supply, the AC had issues, and the hotel staff did not respond appropriately. It felt less like a hotel and more like just a building with four walls. Both money and time were wasted.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had — I would advise avoiding this place. We reserved a "beach view" room, but the listing was completely deceptive; there was no view of the beach at all. Upon arrival, the room was dirty with dust and grime everywhere, and the bathroom was especially filthy. The tap water was muddy and unsuitable for washing. Several electrical switchboards in the room were non-functional, and the geyser appeared poorly maintained — the taps even gave slight electric shocks, which is a major safety concern. We sought assistance from the caretaker, but he only spoke Tamil, making communication tough. We also contacted the owner, who said he would come "in a little while" to check the problems, but he never arrived. Overall, the stay was unsafe and unhygienic. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone — opt for a different place with verified reviews and proper upkeep.

I stayed at Serene Elite Beach View Resort on June 19, 2026, and it was very disappointing. The biggest problem was an electric shock in the washroom, which is a major safety risk. I tried calling the owner many times but got no response. The caretaker was also unhelpful and unprofessional, ignoring my requests to contact the owner. This disregard for guest safety was very frustrating. Other problems were only one water bottle provided, dirty water in the washroom, poor washroom upkeep, and overall cleanliness below what I expected. A hotel should focus on guest safety and good service, but both were seriously missing during my stay. I hope management fixes these issues quickly to improve things for future guests.
