Poor cleanliness, dated rooms and no direct beach access

The partial sea view room did not appear like partial view. It was stunning from Balcony. Food was like 4 star category. Amazing. Staffs were amazing and helpful. Value of money. Nice garden and beach view at the back of the property. Can wet your legs and there is a place where you can enjoy beach in a shore which is 6 buildings away. Parking was good. Road is slightly narrow but very close to ECR highway. Any sightseeing would not be far from this place. We and our kids enjoyed this property thoroughly and we preferred staying in the room for most part of our 2 days stay. And special mention to the water in the bath/washroom. Very good one.

The location was shocking, surrounded by local residential areas, with a dirty beach full of garbage and no direct beach access. The property is old, the old furniture, and the room felt humid due to sea water splashing inside. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious with a nice sea view, the staff are approachable, and the food is okay.I booked this resort based on its reviews and ratings, but the actual experience was far below expectations. I would never visit this place again. Don't rely on ratings alone when booking!

I had booked a partially beach-view room, expecting to enjoy at least some view of the beach, but the experience was not worthwhile. The balcony was not properly cleaned and had rusted areas, making it look poorly maintained. Additionally, there was no direct beach access, which made the stay even less satisfying. Considering the room category I booked, the partial beach view did not feel worth the extra cost.Another disappointment was the checkout experience. I requested a one-hour extension, but the staff refused my request. I understand that hotels have their own policies, but a little flexibility and a more customer-friendly approach would have been appreciated.Overall, the poor balcony maintenance, disappointing partial beach view, lack of direct beach access, and inflexible customer service negatively affected my stay. I expected a better experience for the price paid. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves room maintenance and guest services for future visitors.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a cost of 16k since it was a long weekend . We had a horrible stay, the hotel is very old with zero maintanence, stinking smell across the property, the rooms were unclean, full of dust, especially, the toilet was smelling like drainage. Even after paying a premium price, they charge even the water bottles in the room. My wife and daughter feel sick during the stay. They don't have restaurant or indoor dining area. The beach access is closed. The receptions staff are very lathergic. I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
