Sonali at the reception was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality, friendly smile, and willingness to assist whenever needed made us feel truly welcomed.At the restaurant, Nanda went above and beyond to make our dining experiences enjoyable. He was always attentive and genuinely interested in finding out what more he could do to make our stay comfortable and memorable. His personal attention was greatly appreciated.We also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and Liquid Library bar. The facilities were of an excellent standard, complemented by courteous and well-mannered staff who contributed to a pleasant experience.The in-room dining service was another highlight. The quality and quantity of the food consistently exceeded our expectations, which made it especially convenient and enjoyable after a long day.Overall, our five-night stay was extremely comfortable and memorable.
