This is my honest review to my recent stay in the hotel. I booked the hotel for 3 nights from 12/08/26 to 15/08/26. The first day they gave me a room with a broken leg. I requested them the time I checked in but they never responded due to which I had sleep in a bed with broken leg which made me sleepless as it gave me a feeling that I might fall when I move from the bed. They next day they changed my room after requesting to again and again. Now they provided me with a room where the hot water won’t work and I made a complaint to the receptionist regarding this and they never changed my room or did anything to my request. On 14/08/26 while I was back to hotel from shopping, one the receptionist stopped me and requested me to show my identity card and asked me my room number and so on in front of other customers. It made me feel awkward and embarrassed. I hate the way he questioned me in front of others. As if he’s paying for my stay. This was clearly not acceptable. Only one good thing is that, their food was good and it is recommended.
Booked executive suit with bathtub but received with tub and insects scrolling in room. In washroom flush was broken and AC remote wasn’t working. When asked reception about the same they promised they will give room at 9:30pm we understood and said ok but when we called 9:30pm they said it’s not possible to give as they have 5 executive room in total in which 4 are occupied and whatever was pending they gave us, they kept convincing us to agree and said tomorrow morning they will give we didn’t accept we asked for refund or room change and all their higher team people spoke even they were convincing saying room are not there till 9:45 pm we didn’t agree later making us wait till 10:30 they said they will change the room. My only question is how is the roomAvailable now if they were able to give the same at 11:15pm. Pathetic behaviour and such a worst experience.
