The TV was not at all up to the mark, did not let change channels. Would have liked the room to be a bit larger. Else ok.
I am very upset with the service today. While I waited just outside the hotel for my app-based cab, a staff member intentionally shut the main entrance door on me. Since my ID is registered with your hotel, it is totally unacceptable to lock out a guest like this. What if my cab is cancelled and I need to go back inside? Closing the door on a guest waiting outside is extremely rude and unprofessional. I expect improved hospitality and better staff training.
