Hotel management charges me extra because I did a mistake.i told that I am skipping suite room which was the last day booking and continuing in the standard room. I told the hotel to not charging me. But they did it. No flexibility.

Great location, value for money, basic amenities. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast can be improved. If you are looking to stay near the US biometric center, this is a great option.

Never book this hotel. Booked it as this is next door to US visa application center and reviews are good. One of the room ceiling collapsed and concrete feel on the guest who was staying there. Vacated the room in the middle of the night.
