One of the sharing property owner Suresh and his helper Vijayabaskhar, both are truly a fraud big liers, first day without telling the rules of them, collected the full payment for the stay, after that, helper Vijayabashkar will call you next day by telling apartment rules, daily 11 am to 12 pm, maid will come and clean the room without the knowledge of Guests, during the stay, they invite the outsiders, who wants to see the room during the stay. Very shame of you Suresh and helper vijayabaskar. This is the real truth of Mount Kailash Suites service apartment, Saidapet. Both Suresh and helper vijaybashkar will always disturb you during your sleeping time also. Very bad apartment. This is our real experience. Beware please. Check and other apartment, which is much better than this low class owner and helper. Don’t trust them, they are sweet speaker with their arrogant attitude, which is unsafe for the guest. Not provided free breakfast, cooking utensils outdated. They are money minded only, no respect for guest, it’s jail till check out.

It felt a bit disorganized:’We had to call and remind the reception multiple times just to get basic toiletries delivered to the room.’On the last day of our 3-day stay, the room cleaning wasn't done. We didn't bother following up since we were checking out that afternoon anyway, but it was still a bit disappointing.’Final ThoughtsIf you’re looking for a clean room in a prime spot with a great breakfast, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to be a bit persistent with the staff if you need something. It’s a great business hotel, but the service definitely has room for improvement!

Excellent Stay at Mount Kailash Hotel, Saidapet (Chennai)I had a wonderful experience at Mount Kailash Hotel in Saidapet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating ’ they honored every request we made with a smile. The amenities were great, including hot water, breakfast, room service, air conditioning, and TV. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel is very affordable.The location is perfect ’ right in the city and close to everything you might need. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Chennai. Highly recommended!

This is an service apartment. The rooms are very clean and neatly maintained. No mosquitos, no cockroaches, clean linen. So overall it will be like your home. Budget - 2500 to 3000 incl taxes.

the manager/staff not allow us to check inn. because they said its fully book how come? we have reservation for 5days. hopefully they can sleep well. after they play with us. we are not from chennai we are from hyde and we have money to pay. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
