Dear Sir/Madam, We checked into your hotel and paid ₹2,500 for our stay. However, after arriving, we encountered serious issues with the environment near our room, including groups of boys and alcohol bottles in nearby rooms or common areas. Feeling uncomfortable, we asked to change rooms. Your staff told us no other rooms were available, so we had to check out and requested a refund. At checkout, your team said they would review the situation and update us on Monday. Now, we have been told no refund will be given. Since no alternative room was available and we could not stay due to these conditions, I ask you to reconsider and refund the ₹2,500 we paid. Please send your final written response within 48 hours. If the refund is denied, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Commission, providing booking details, payment proof, and communications as evidence. Terrible place to stay. The rooms are filthy, the staff is unruly, and you'll find mosquitoes, cockroaches, bedbugs—anything you can think of. Toilets and doors are broken. Avoid this place to prevent getting scammed.
