Room was arranged after 10 hours from the check in time not only our group but there were few other groups from Malaysia also got their room late
Located in best area, close to Pondy bazaar. Cleanliness is not good. Reception staff is not familiar about the hotel rooms. Room service is not good, if requested to attend any faulty, takes half hour to attend or need to remind them. WIFI service poor.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The cuisine was outstanding, featuring a broad range of fresh, tasty, and flavorful meals that suited all preferences. The bar was just as impressive, offering a great variety of local and international spirits, plus wonderful cocktails and beverages. I want to highlight Vijay from the bar, whose friendly demeanor and commitment made a significant impact. He went the extra mile to support his team and ensure our event was a success. His excellent service and collaboration really enhanced the experience. The service across the hotel was excellent—every staff member was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. The warm hospitality truly made my visit special. From arrival to departure, I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated. In summary, my stay surpassed all expectations.
