Disappointing Couple Stay

My wife and I arrived late at night. I had reserved a Premium Room with one double bed, but the receptionist said they were upgrading us to a family room. That room had two twin beds in separate rooms—does that count as an upgrade for a couple? It got worse. The floor was dirty and dusty, the bed sheets were badly stained, and the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Worst of all, there were no bath towels in the room. After a 13-hour journey, I called reception to ask for towels. After a 30-minute wait, someone showed up with two face towels, which were also stained. He said all the clean towels were at the laundry. No sincere apology was offered. I asked to be moved back to my original room, but they had already given it to someone else—so much for the upgrade story. Even if you're desperate, avoid this place. It used to be great when it first opened, and I had given excellent reviews before, but now it's terrible. The mattresses are worn and thin, and the pillows are in very bad condition.
