This hotel experience was one of the most disappointing I've had. As a frequent business traveler, I say this after careful thought and comparing the service level to what should be expected for the price charged. The hotel's condition is unacceptable for a property claiming to be 4-star. The bathroom was not clean, the hair dryer didn't work, the intercoms malfunctioned, and service was very slow and frustrating. Doors were damaged and poorly maintained, and even basic infrastructure seemed neglected. Check-in was unnecessarily slow and tedious, which is not what you expect after paying such a high price. Breakfast was also disappointing in quality, variety, and overall experience, falling far short of 4-star standards. This hotel seems to charge 4-star rates but delivers a much lower level of service and upkeep. There is a big gap between the cost and what is provided. I strongly suggest thinking twice before booking here. Don't be fooled by the "4-star" label. You pay a premium but get an experience that doesn't justify it. I expected cleanliness, working facilities, prompt service, proper maintenance, and professional hospitality, but nearly all these basics were lacking. In my view, this hotel is a major letdown and the "4-star" rating is very misleading compared to the reality. Maintenance, service, cleanliness, check-in, breakfast, and facilities were all poor or broken. Overall: high price plus low quality and poor service equals a hotel I cannot recommend. If you want value and a true 4-star experience, look elsewhere.
