The stay was decent overall, but I felt that this property does not quite match the standards of some of the other Lemon Tree hotels I have visited.The rooms were okay and reasonably comfortable, but the hotel appears to need better maintenance in certain areas. A refresh of the facilities and greater attention to upkeep would significantly enhance the guest experience.The staff were polite, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness. With additional training and a stronger customer-centric approach, the overall hospitality experience could be much better.On a positive note, the restaurant was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was excellent, with good variety and quality, and the dining experience was enjoyable throughout. The restaurant team did a commendable job.Overall, the hotel offers a satisfactory stay, but there is scope for improvement in maintenance and service standards. I hope to see positive changes in the future, as the Lemon Tree brand has consistently delivered better experiences at many of its other properties.

Business • Jun 2026The only reason we visited Chennai was for a doctor’s appointment.Although they gave us an early check in, their service is below average and this hotel is not at all a 4 star hotel. They function as a budget hotel giving that premium illusion to guests.We asked for fresh towels as they did not stock them during room service, and to our surprise they gave us dirty towels. Also they are very communal, if you’re travelling from a place that’s not a part of South India think twice.They charge like a 7 star hotel which is beyond hilarious, and apart from their breakfast, they don’t have a compact menu at all.If you do book this hotel, 24 hours should be your timeline in my opinion, other than that very low quality service and poor organisation.I will most definitely never book this hotel in my life!
