Just parking is the concern. Only 4 to 5 cars can park at the moment. However, they have a team to support for the same. Food is average! Definitely worth if you're looking for a comfortable stay near T nagar or Anna Salai.
I recently stayed at 44 Oasis and wanted to share some constructive feedback.The location, pricing, and staff are all good. The team was courteous, and in terms of overall value and accessibility, the property has good potential.However, the rooms need serious renovation. Since the property has taken over from Iris, I expected the rooms to have been upgraded more significantly, but many elements still appear old and worn out. The doors, fittings, interiors, and overall room condition need proper refurbishment. A renovation would make a major difference to the guest experience and also help the property better match its current branding.The second major area that needs attention is the food quality. I strongly feel the hotel should consider bringing in a more experienced or highly skilled chef and improving the overall food standards.For example, I ordered a watermelon juice, but what I received tasted almost like plain water rather than fresh watermelon juice. I did mention this at the front office. I did not want to make a big issue out of it, but my concern was simple: if something as basic as watermelon juice is not prepared properly, it naturally makes a guest question the quality of the rest of the food as well.This is something the management should look into seriously. The property already has the advantage of a good location, reasonable pricing, and helpful staff. If the rooms are properly renovated and the food quality is significantly improved, 44 Oasis can offer a much stronger and more consistent experience.I hope the management takes this feedback positively and uses it to improve the overall guest experience.
Normally I won't recommend any stay to anyone. But this property you must stay whenever your looking for good location in chennai. It is exactly infront of GRTwhich is so expensive compare to this property.
