Worst hotel experience ever. They took full payment in advance but failed to provide the rooms as promised. We were made to wait for almost 24 hours regarding the payment and room allocation. When we returned later, the manager simply said we were "blacklisted" without any proper explanation. The manager's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. They charged us the full amount upfront but did not deliver the rooms as agreed. We had to wait nearly 24 hours for payment and room assignment. Upon returning, the manager just told us we were "blacklisted" with no clear reason. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. I wouldn't suggest staying here to anyone.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is not worth the money. The room was extremely small, the bed linen and towels were dirty, and overall cleanliness was poor. The staff was also neutral. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
