A good hotel with clean rooms, beds, and well-maintained surroundings. I booked as a walk-in guest, so they provided a 24-hour stay calculated from the check-in time. The staff was polite and helpful. Prices are bit hight but justified considering the other hotels nearby and the location. AC was only effective at 16 degrees. May need serviceThe washroom drain cover in Room 102 needs better cleaning, hairs was there. The Premium Room is suitable for one person, but I recommend booking a Deluxe Room for two guests. I chose premium for single person.It is better to book by calling the hotel directly, as online bookings have a fixed checkout time of 11:00 a.m.

This hotel offers clean rooms, comfortable beds, and well-kept surroundings. I arrived as a walk-in guest and was given a 24-hour stay starting from my check-in time. The staff were courteous and accommodating. Although the prices are somewhat high, they seem reasonable compared to other nearby hotels and the location. The air conditioning worked well only at 16 degrees and might require maintenance. The drain cover in the bathroom of Room 102 could use a better cleaning as there were hairs present. The Premium Room is good for a single occupant, but I suggest booking a Deluxe Room if two people are staying. I opted for the Premium Room since I was alone. It's preferable to book directly by phone with the hotel because online reservations have a fixed checkout time of 11:00 a.m.

The staff and manager were very dirty. I paid and took the room, but his behavior was very rude. Most importantly, I booked an AC room but was given a non-AC room.

Worst hotel experience ever. They took full payment in advance but failed to provide the rooms as promised. We were made to wait for almost 24 hours regarding the payment and room allocation. When we returned later, the manager simply said we were "blacklisted" without any proper explanation. The manager's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
